Job Position 1: Design Manager
Job Description:
Hardware design for switching mode power supply products including AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies
Lead a team to develop new models of products and report directly to general manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 3 years experience in switching power supply engineering
Knowledge of safety standards related to power supply products
Good in English reading and writing
Self-motivated and high energy
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Position 2: Quality Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Job responsibilities,
1, Set up and execute quality objectives.
2, Build up a professional quality team through effective training, motivating, management and leadership.
3, Implement and develop all quality policies and procedures to ensure the effectiveness.
4, Monitor the quality system of both factory and the suppliers.
5, Formulate and implement quality plans.
6, Oversee the daily operation and improvement of processes of quality department as well as to coordinate with other departments of the company where necessary.
7, Solve various business issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor with major in Electronics preferred.
2. Good knowledge of supplier management and quality systems
3. Minimum 3 years of quality management experiences with power supply related products.
4. Strong leadership, organization and people skills, experience of leading quality control team
6. Good in English reading and writing
